How to develop your intuition? |

If you want to understand and control your intuition, then you will need time for yourself. Just as solitude can help to work creative thinking, it can also help connect with our deepest wisdom. Intuitive people are usually introverted. But whether you are introverted or not, the time of solitude can help you get into deeper thinking and connect with yourself. In fact, creative people are highly intuitive, and in the same way that creativity is increased with practice, intuition can be increased. Meditation and other spiritual practices can be great ways to use intuition. The first thing to do is to realize the things that surround us, to take a small diary to write down all kinds of strange circumstances. It is at that moment that you will understand how "coincidences" work, since the simultaneity of two events linked by meaning, but in and a causal way and intuitions, is accompanied by the hand. In other words, you will notice how intuition guides you through life. Intuitive people learn to connect with their bodies and consider their hunches. If you have ever had a stomach ache during some stressful moment, then you will understand that intuitions can cause physical sensations in our bodies. Another activity we can do is read the minds of others. This is called empathic accuracy; psychological term refers to the ability to identify the magical appearance of an individual's mental field by their words, emotions and body language. Watching and listening to others can help increase the power of empathy. With this practice we will get a better understanding of intuition. It is also recommended to pay attention to dreams in order to understand the unconscious thought process of the mind. The dreams and intuition come from the unconscious, so we recommend using this part of the mind, paying attention to dreams. At night, when we sleep, we receive information from the unconscious and intuitive part of the brain. By being directly connected to dreams, one can receive a lot of information about the correct way to live life. Forgetting intuition In the society in which we live today it is relatively easy to forget that there is intuition. We are constantly busy, we are forced to fulfill a multitude of tasks permanently, we are connected to electronic devices and we are stressed by overwork and daily worries. However, we cannot forget that we have a sense of constant intuition towards the people who are part of our lives, at a deep level. The problem is simply that we are too busy. And, as if that were not enough, negative emotions can weaken our intuitions. When you are depressed, your intuition stops helping. And beware of this, since, depending on our state of mind, intuition can deceive. This does not mean that people should never bother or be wrong, simply take into account that as soon as possible we must get rid of negative emotions, instead of clinging to the most negative of our being. Whether the intuition comes from a spiritual help or comes from within our being, we must never forget that it is an invaluable aid that we all possess. We cannot and should not forget that intuition is part of our lives, although sometimes it goes against all logy and rationality. Intuition is much more than all this, and has helped people of great success to achieve their goals.
